Grief & Bereavement Programme
What is the Grief & Bereavement Programme?
Grief isn’t simply about losing someone you love.
It’s about learning how to live in a world that has changed.
Bereavement can affect every part of your life: your emotions, your relationships, your confidence, your identity, your physical health and your sense of safety.
Many people find themselves wondering if what they’re feeling is normal, or why they seem to be coping one day and struggling the next.
Grief is deeply personal.
There is no right way to grieve, and there is no timetable that tells you when you should feel better.
This programme is different.
It isn’t about “getting over” the person you’ve lost.
It’s about understanding your grief, making space for your emotions and gradually learning how to carry both your love and your loss as you begin to rebuild your life.
Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, this programme offers compassionate, evidence-informed support at your own pace.
Because healing doesn’t mean forgetting.
It means learning how to live fully while continuing to love deeply.
The Grief & Bereavement Programme brings The Siobhán Maguire Wellbeing Method™ to life through a personalised journey tailored to your experiences, your memories and the life you want to create moving forward.
How We Work Together
Understanding Your Grief
Before we try to move forward, we first make space for your grief. Together we’ll explore your relationship with the person you’ve lost, your experiences and how grief is affecting your life today.
Understanding Your Inner World
Grief can bring sadness, anger, guilt, anxiety, relief, numbness or many emotions all at once. Together we’ll gently explore these experiences without judgement and help you understand your own unique grieving process.
Nervous System Regulation
Loss affects both the mind and the body. You’ll learn practical ways to calm your nervous system, reduce overwhelm and find moments of stability during difficult days.
Processing Loss
Rather than pushing emotions away, we’ll create a safe space to process them. Through coaching and subconscious approaches where appropriate, we’ll help you work through unresolved feelings and find greater emotional balance.
This may include support with:
- bereavement
- anticipatory grief
- sudden or traumatic loss
- loss through illness
- miscarriage or baby loss
- relationship breakdown
- loneliness
- life after caring
- anniversaries and significant dates
- rebuilding daily life
Honouring Your Memories
Love doesn’t end when someone dies. Together we’ll find meaningful ways to honour the person you’ve lost while allowing yourself permission to continue living, growing and finding hope again.
Every grief journey is unique. Together we’ll adapt the programme to your circumstances, drawing on the approaches that will best support your wellbeing and long-term healing.
